My husband and I were stuck in the middle of the highway (I-85) because our trailer had TWO blown tires. We called AAA and they were no help. We called other tow trucks to help us to at least left the trailer enough so we can put the spare tires we had and get back on the road. Needless to say no other towing company was willing to come out and help us. Waited 4 hours for them to come tow my car. The man takes my car to their facility to lock up over night since my dealership has a locked gate. I was told my car would be delivered to the dealership at 10 am the next morning. It’s 10:30, I call A1 towing to ensure my car was taken to the right place and they ensured it was. I then call the dealership and they state my car isn’t on their lot. My husband then calls A1 back and was told “listen buddy your car was delivered”. Im not sure how any of this works from a business standpoint. However, if you have a service that you charter, it seems like good business practice to communicate with the client. These people don’t seem to get that premise, I assume they must have been yelled at and cussed at by a lot of people. I was very nice to them and they hung up on me 3 times for no reason.
