I love my new Closets by Design cabinets in my sewing studio and in my garage. Laurie designed the set up of the cabinets so I would have plenty of storage in my studio and garage. Cabinets were installed as scheduled and the work was done flawlessly with accurate precision. The installers cleaned up the area and after 24 hours the cabinets were ready to be filled! I am quite pleased with the service provided by Closets By Design. We replaced our old coat closet with a beautiful design created by representative Jeanette Bays who was just wonderful to work with. I must have asked her a thousand questions and she was so very courteous and professional in every respect. The installer, Craig, went out of his way to add some trim pieces to our wood floor to make it a seamless transition to the closet itself. He did a magnificent job. I am so oroud to show off our new closet!
RE: Walk in closet makeover - I can't recommend a company more highly! (and I test products and write reviews for a living! So I am very particular!) From the moment of contacting them to the time the closet was complete, I had excellent customer service and communication throughout! And this was the second closet they have done for us. My wife and I couldn't have made a better choice than going with Closets by Design on the layout/design of our new walk in closet. Lanie was awesome to work with on our design and made it so painless, giving us a few options to choose from. They even supplied the contractor Josh and his guys for the construction part of it and they were in and out and did a phenominal job as well. I'm so impressed with Closets by Design. I honestly thought my space was way to small to accommodate my clothes, shoes and purses. When I start putting my items in place, everything fit so perfect and I still have extra space. I highly recommend Closets by Design because they do a wonderful job, the installation was fast and perfect and all the staff was so accommodating and nice/very professional. Thank you for EVERYTHING!! By the way when family itbfriends come over I have to show them my new Closets and they love ❤️ it.
