I had an amazing experience working with Closets by Design Rochester. After moving in our home we noticed we didn't have as much storage as we needed. I called them to build a wardrobe closet in our primary suite and it is GORGEOUS. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it makes the room look so neat. The process was so easy. I highly recommend.
Zero Stars if Google would let me! We’ve had such a brutal experience with Matt and his CBD team (minus installers they were great and tried to offer solutions that cooperate wouldn’t approve)! We Still haven’t received money for the uninstalled closet that they couldn’t execute, despite having a contract clearly outlining an agreed upon design. We were either blatantly lied to be the designer or they are incompetent. Meanwhile our daughter closet has been ripped apart and Matt won’t even give us a courtesy call, just a BS e... read more
Matt was very accommodating and flexible with us. Unlike many salespeople we have met with he was willing to be more than patient with us as we made our decisions. We really felt that he helped us to get what we needed. We are thrilled with how easily the process went and how our closet turned out. We enthusiastically recommend Closets by Design to everyone.
We just moved into our new home and needed an upgrade to our closet and we had CBD give us an estimate. Their response was immediate, the value for what we got was very nice, and the quality of the work that our installer did was great. Thank you CBD!
