My experience with Closet By Design is definitely five stars! I would highly recommend them. My designer, Pat was Very friendly knowledgeable, and very patient with me! I had a lot of questions. I’ve never done a custom closet like this before and needless to say I was excited! Pat took all my concerns and requests and helped me design the closet of my dreams! From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The product they produce is high quality and the people they employ are top notch. We met with Darriane who helped us design an amazing wardrobe for extra storage. She listened to our needs, was super friendly and designed exactly what we wanted. Our install guy Billy did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, mindful of our space, and built our wardrobe perfectly. I can't think of any negative things to say. Highly recommend.
Closets by Design did a great job converting an unused cubby/loft into a beautiful linen closet area. They were very meticulous about getting it right, staff were all really pleasant and professional, the quality of the materials very good, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
I love my new closet!!! It took me a long time to convince myself to go through with the purchase, weighing the cost vs. value, I wasted a lot of time that could have been spent enjoying it sooner. DON'T WAITE!!
This process and experience was awesome. Pat Haberman was our salesperson and she was great. From actual consultation to design, she was happy to work with us throughout. Gavin was our installer a few weeks later. He was prompt, relatively quiet, super clean and efficient as could be. He finished a 1.5-2 day job on the same day and I was amazed. I’d highly recommend Closets By Design! I added pics but I promise they don’t do justice.
