My experience with Closet By Design is definitely five stars! I would highly recommend them. My designer, Pat was Very friendly knowledgeable, and very patient with me! I had a lot of questions. I’ve never done a custom closet like this before and needless to say I was excited! Pat took all my concerns and requests and helped me design the closet of my dreams! Had a great experience from initial call to the sales rep (Kyle) to installation day. The team works with the customer directly and was always helpful . They were able to work around our construction schedule and the end result is amazing! Couldn’t be happier!
Closets by Design did a great job converting an unused cubby/loft into a beautiful linen closet area. They were very meticulous about getting it right, staff were all really pleasant and professional, the quality of the materials very good, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
Kyle was awesome to work with on the design, and Billy came in to create the masterpiece. He noticed a bit of a flaw in the design and was able to modify it on the spot. Both gentlemen we professional, kind, and lovely to work with. Couldn't be happier!
This process and experience was awesome. Pat Haberman was our salesperson and she was great. From actual consultation to design, she was happy to work with us throughout. Gavin was our installer a few weeks later. He was prompt, relatively quiet, super clean and efficient as could be. He finished a 1.5-2 day job on the same day and I was amazed. I’d highly recommend Closets By Design! I added pics but I promise they don’t do justice.
