I had gotten off a call with Geico to get emergency roadside service to perform a flat tire change for me, and they said they won’t get to me until nearly 50 minutes later. I was pulled over on the highway and just waiting, until Sean saw me and pulled over without question. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and performed the spare tire change for me at no cost after seeing how distressed I was. Zack is AWESOME! Let me start by just saying that clearly. First, he gave me an ETA, which was quick, and he arrived right on time. Second, he showed me something about my car that I didn't know (how to put my RWD car in neutral directly from the gear box). Third, he towed my vehicle safely & securely to our hotel. Great customer service by owner Sean Mulroney. Needed a tow to an auto shop that I’ve been working with. I have a boot on my foot from surgery so couldn’t get it there. Sean let me know approximately when he would be at my place which he was and would call before hand which he did. I found Sean to be very knowledgeable about vehicles, as we were talking about my issues. I highly recommend Performance towing, and if needed, will use them again.
