I cannot say enough positive things about Piano Masters. Greg and Steve are kind, professional, low pressure, and genuinely want to help you find the right piano for you. I reached out to Piano Masters regarding a piano that I own. This piano was given to me and it's in pretty bad shape. I looked on line to see if i can get info re restoration. I contacted Piano Masters via their online form and I got an immediate response from Greg. He called me back to provide information regarding the piano I have. We are extreme satisfied by the service offered at this place. We are looking for baby grand piano which is not so often seen in other places. They had a couple of selections when we visited. The owner is very helpful, we had five minutes demo play from the owner's father, the owner and the owner's daughter on all the pianos we are interested in.
