Thomas from Red Mountain Pools came over to address a problem with my pool losing prime. I had been trying to fix the problem myself, and was out of ideas as to what was causing the problem. Thomas spent most of the day working to address what wasn't one issue, but several, all the while explaining everything and checking with me prior to starting any work. I called to have my pool heater repaired. The people that do my regular pool service checked a couple of things. They then suggested I change out the whole heater. I was not convinced that was the best option. I then called Red Mountain Pools. Thomas came out and checked out the whole system. He was able to tell me what the problem was and point out potential future issues. He was able to to take care of everything for about a quarter of the price of a new heater.
