Thomas from Red Mountain Pools came over to address a problem with my pool losing prime. I had been trying to fix the problem myself, and was out of ideas as to what was causing the problem. Thomas spent most of the day working to address what wasn't one issue, but several, all the while explaining everything and checking with me prior to starting any work. Thomas and the team are top notch. They have always been on time and they will make sure that your pool is looking like glass and making sure that everything is working perfectly and if they need to drain and deep clean the pool they will. Pricing is great and they are awesome people. They do a filter cleaning quarterly and know exactly what they’re doing.
