They were amazing. We’re on vacation up at Rickett’s Glen and our car battery died. Drove the tow truck up and jumped it. It died again two days later and he sent an employee up who was amazing as well. Just great and friendly service. Just tremendous!
Called for a tow after an accident & a very kind man showed up VERY quickly. Can’t thank them enough
The minivan wouldn’t start when I was running errands. So we called Seward towing. Came out after I already got a ride back to the house. Ended up being a battery. I got charged 40$ for him being kind enough to figure out the problem before towing it. He jumped it took it back to the shop and replaced the battery. Great honestly. Thanks
Me and my family got stuck an hr and a half away from home. Due to our car not starting. This company was nice enough to not only tow my car,but they always provided us a car to make it back home as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good kind hearted people with great service.
The owner provides excellent service. Very friendly. I will definitely call him again when I need towing service again.
