We had day trip in Salado and late Saturday as we were leaving car had mechanical failure and we had to call AAA to be towed, first tow company AAA called wasn't willing to tow us back to our home in Waxahachie, 120 miles away. I encountered one of those worst nightmare situationslocking my keys in my car. A friend of mine had mentioned just days before about her getting a tow from Ricks Auto Repair. So I picked up my phone and gave them a call. Not even a half-hour after I made the call, I had the locksmith standing in front of me, working to get me inside my vehicle. Area Safe and Lock came to the house after another 'locksmith' broke his drill in the lock &scratched the door. The service was excellent! Jim not only fixed the lock that was broken but brainstormed with me about the best way to do it. He made keys (that were lost) for 2 other doors. He was efficient, knowledgeable & neat. When the lock set I ordered came in, he came back & once again did a great job. I would highly recommend them!
Les was super nice and provided a tow from Round Rock to South Austin. Very professional.
