I was in a bad situation with my roof. I own a commercial property and one of my tenants (a hair salon) told me that they were having really bad leaks. I called Journey Builders, and John came out to my property that very day. He knew that I was on a tight schedule to get the roof repair and they were kind enough to fit in my schedule. John and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way.
From my past experiences, I would rarely come across construction companies that did honest work and were on time with their schedule. When I found Journey Builders, I immediately knew that they were the sort of people that I would appreciate. The staff was super friendly and followed up with everything to make sure my new roof was done with care.
The customer service at Journey Builders is outstanding, and their expertise in roofing gave me all the confidence I needed to hire them. They answered my questions clearly before they began the project. The work they did on our roof was excellent. They communicated with us frequently throughout the process to ensure we were happy.
